Shipping and Returns Policy

All products are shipped from Nashville Tennessee, within 2-3 business days once your order is received. You should receive your package anywhere between 5-10 business days after placing your order unless otherwise stated in the product description.

We are not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or delivered to wrong address.  Please double check all shipping information prior to submitting your order.  Contact your local post office for any questions concerning missing packages.

All orders are shipped through USPS.

To track your order you will receive a shipping notification email that will provide you of the carrier we've used to track your order along with a tracking number.

Please Note: Any orders placed on Friday after 6:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following business day.

Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Returns:

At bShaun's boutique 100% satisfaction is our goal. However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received, you have 7 days to return your item(s) to be granted an exchange or store credit. We do NOT issue refunds.

All accessories, permanently marked down items  and clearance sale items (Sales over 30%) are FINAL SALE.

If you choose a store credit, it will be applied to your account online.  You must create an account to receive your credit.  If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us first to confirm that the item you want is available.
